Sarah Jauer is dual board-certified as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She holds certifications from the American Association of Critical-Care Nursing and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Sarah earned her nursing diploma and bachelor’s degree from St. Elizabeth’s School of Nursing/St. Joseph’s Consortium in Indiana, followed by a dual master’s degree in nursing from Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa.
