Jessica Stuhrenberg is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development from Southern New Hampshire University and her master’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
She believes therapy isn’t something done to someone, but something done with them. Clients are the experts of their own lives, and she sees her role as a supportive guide, offering insight, tools, and new perspectives while always respecting the client’s autonomy and pace. Her goal is to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and underlying patterns that may be contributing to distress. With this increased self-awareness, clients are empowered to make intentional choices and move beyond unhelpful cycles.
What she loves most about working in mental health is that no two people are alike. Every client brings their own unique story, perspective, and challenges. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside them in their healing journey, helping them grow beyond old patterns and into healthier, more fulfilling lives.
