Onawa MOG Class Schedule

This is the normal schedule, and we will update it as often as possible. However, there may be an occasional change due to schedule conflicts, staff illness, or weather that might interrupt the schedule. We will try to post any known temporary changes to our Facebook page.

MONDAY 10:30 am – Seated Yoga

5:30 pm – Zumba (at the elementary school)

TUESDAY 6:30 am – Circuit Training

8:30 am – Balance Class

10:00 am – Seated Yoga

5:15 pm – Circuit Training

WEDNESDAY 5:15 pm – 12-Week Tone

5:30 pm – Zumba (at the elementary school)

THURSDAY 8:30 am – Balance Class

9:30 am – Parkinson’s

10:30 am – Seated Yoga

5:30 pm – Yoga

FRIDAY 10:30 am – Seated Yoga
SATURDAY 8:00 am – Circuit Training

9:00 am – Yoga
