Packet pick-up and registration will be available at Burgess Health Center lobby Friday, June 26th from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Race day packet pick-up and registration available onsite beginning at 6 a.m. and closing PROMPTLY at 7 a.m.

Runners pre-registered by June 12th, 2008 will receive a specially designed t-shirt.
(Late registrants not guaranteed a t-shirt.)

Race Start

Both races will start at 7:30 a.m. near the Lewis & Clark State Park Shelter House, Onawa, IA. There will be a 5k walk/run and a 10k run. There will also be a 1.5 mile fun walk.

Course

The 1.5M, 5K, and 10K will all follow a paved route. Each mile will be marked and water will be available on the course. Traffic control will be provided.

Entry Fees

If you are a Burgess Health Center employees, Burgess Advantage & current Missouri River Runners you are entitled to a $2.00 discount through June 19th only.
