Send your greetings to a Burgess patient

Welcome to BHC’s patient greeting service. This is a complimentary service provided to you and the patients of Burgess Health Center. We cannot deliver cards to patients in our emergency department or patients receiving outpatient surgery or diagnostic testing.

Just complete the form below and follow the instructions to send your message. Our staff will deliver your card to your family member or friend.

Please note:

  • Our patients do not have access to e-mail. Instead, our staff prints your greeting and a paper copy is delivered to the patient.
  • Your message is not confidential. If the message contains anything deemed inappropriate, your e-mail will be deleted.
  • Patient greetings are monitored several times daily and delivered in a timely manner.
  • If the patient has been discharged, your e-mail will not be delivered.

Disclaimer: Be aware that Burgess Staff may need to read your message to confirm the recipient's identity. Do not include any sensitive information. To observe patient confidentiality, Burgess cannot verify delivery of Patient Greetings. Burgess does not assume responsibility for the delivery of messages sent to patients who have already been discharged. Burgess assumes no liability whatsoever for the contents of the messages sent to patients.
